Callisons Fine Foods is one of Callisons’ newest, and most exciting, ventures. But it isn’t the first time we’ve dipped our toes in the flavor pool. Our family-owned business has been responsible for putting the mint flavoring into chewing gums since 1903. So with our first innovation, the Seasoned Skewers, we figured it was the same concept, just a different stick.
But it didn’t end there. We developed planks and salts for those still craving savory foods. For those with a sweet tooth, we created Fruit Stickles, Elixtirs and Minglirs. And we’re always looking for that next culinary breakthrough!
